For this reason we are carrying out a project with the aim to achieve the Environmental Management System, complying with the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 law, and we are going to get the certification by now.

The Environmental Management System will assure us organizational and technological instruments, useful to check and improve our environmental performances, in particular focused on our most critical processes: farming, vinification and bottling products management; exploitation of water resources; waste disposal; landscape conversion due to vineyards enhancement and upgrading projects; vintage and vineyards maintenance.”
